Ciberlegenda
The academic journal Ciberlegenda was founded in 1998 by PPGCOM / UFF. Its main objective is to publish scientific articles, reviews and interviews of interest for studies in Communications and related research areas.
Ciberlegenda’s first editor was professor Delfim Soares. Between 2002 and 2006, the journal was directed by Professor Luís Carlos Lopes. Then, it was developed under the coordination of Professor Ana Lucia Enne, supported by an editorial team composed of PPGCOM / UFF Masters and Doctorate students. Since 2009, this team has been coordinated by Professor Paula Sibilia.
In this new phase, the journal Ciberlegenda was redesigned: the Open Journal System (OJS) has been implemented, and each Ciberlegenda issue now has a thematic profile defined in advance in order to enrich discussions around issues which draw a particular attention from researchers of the area at that time. Since 2010, Ciberlegenda has been published twice a year, in May and October.
The journal welcomes contributions from teachers and researchers from Brazil and abroad. It is a publishing space which also hosts works produced by students of the Graduate Program in Communication in order to encourage their participation in the academic debate.
