S&G is directed to the audience composed by teachers, researchers, students (in graduation, post graduation and specialization), professionals and entrepreneurs. The editions are published quarterly in online versions and it offers an open access to its content. The received articles go through a strict peer-reviewed, in which two evaluators (necessarily with doctor degree) are selected in accordance with the area of the article. In the case of one positive evaluation and one negative, a third evaluator is selected.
